Taua's Story

Sandra is a member of LBS group and she rears broilers and sells clothes. She keeps batches of 100 birds and she sells her clothes in Marondera town. Sandra together with her friends of LBS group were able to repay their first loan well and they have improved their businesses successfully. They have just taken their second loan and Sandra used her share to restock second-hand clothes and broilers.

Sandra is a 44-year-old single mother of three. Sandra lives in the same house with her parents, a move that has allowed her to contribute greatly to her household.

The other two members of the group sell second-hand clothes and groceries.
