Chicken Soup Recipe

Wisdom Light Simple Chicken Soup Recipe

This soup is so healthy and tasty.  I simplified this down until my boys could make it easily on their own.  Choose the highest quality organic ingredients for your Chicken Soup.

Ingredients:

4 Quarts Purified Water
1 Whole Chicken (cut in pieces)
6 Carrots
6 Celery Stalks
2 Onions
4 Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Ginger (grated)
1/4 Cup Coconut Butter
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Sea Salt (High Quality)

Steps:

1. Put all ingredients into a large pot, and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 24 hours.
3. Serve some hot, refrigerate extra and reheat later.

Note - We just pick out the bones as we eat the soup.  We all love the bones so we have to share.  The chicken bones get so soft from cooking so long you can eat every bit!
